No. IP ratings describe dust and water protection. Explosion protection requires dedicated construction, markings and applicable testing or certification.

Explosion-proof lighting is intended for locations with flammable gas, vapor or dust risk. The key is not ordinary waterproofing but the complete match of construction, hazardous-area classification, temperature class, mounting and required certification.
